2011 College Savings Month Activities
"A college savings account is very motivating for a child or teenager. It shows that the family values a college education and that planning is required on everyone's part to achieve a degree. By opening a college savings account parents model planning, show confidence in their child's future and make college more affordable by using state and federal tax advantages".
Dr. April L. Osborn, Executive Director
Arizona Commission for Postsecondary Education
